I'm Paula, Nutritional Therapist & advocate for whole foods, simple living & fulfilling your (health) potential.

Are you looking for more support with your eating or a different approach to food? Are you unwell & need advice on optimising your diet to optimise your health? I have the knowledge and naturopathic techniques to help you succeed in this.

I understand that there is no one eating style that meets everyone's needs. Instead, I look at each person as unique & having individual requirements. Only then do I tailor my advice. We are all different & have changing needs, which can be met.

My assessment is based on levels of digestion, absorption & food metabolism as well as the impact of emotional & physical stress. I look at how to optimise health through nourishment & I give guidelines on how to do this. Together, we look at lifestyle & what elements you feel are lacking or what you are seeking more of.
