Paula Sharp BA Hons, DNN, mFNTP
As a Nutritional Therapist, I work with my clients to promote optimal health through hydration, absorption, supplementation and detoxification.
"The physical body is fertile ground for well-ness or deterioration. It is our responsibility to feed it well, nurture it well and allow it to flourish. The alternative is not acceptable, and yet it is accepted by many as the norm."
This was my situation before I became a Nutritional Therapist. My push was years of unsuccessful IVF treatment and feeling unfulfilled with my then job. My health picture dramatically changed as my lifestyle and approaches to the physical body did. Today I am a happy and well woman with two beautiful children. My son, a perfect IVF conception. My daughter, a perfect natural conception.
I have gone on to treat people who want answers to their illnesses, their fatigue and to feel well. I look at how digestion is working? Is absorption occurring and how well? Is hydration optimal? And how does the body use food and liquid as energy. Every person receives dietary advice, technique recommendations and supplement suggestions that are individual to their health picture.
My approach is not a 'plaster on a wound', it is to address the root cause of the issue.
